  • Food diary information (for Clarity sessions)

  • Discovery call details: retained until coaching begins or contact ends

  • Client records (session notes, consent records, coaching information): up to 7 years from last contact/session, then securely deleted

  • Financial records: retained for the period required for accounting/tax purposes (7 years)

I provide health and nutrition coaching for educational and informational purposes. All coaching sessions, bookings, payments and client communication take place through Practice Better, a secure, GDPR-compliant platform.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical services. Always consult your GP or qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.

 

I am a Level 4 BTEC qualified Health & Nutrition Coach and adhere to the professional standards and Code of Conduct of the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA).

 

3. Use of This Website

 

This website provides general information about my services and coaching packages. While I aim to keep content accurate and up to date, I make no guarantees regarding completeness or suitability. Content may change at any time.

4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
 

All bookings and client communication take place through Practice Better, a secure, GDPR-compliant platform. Payments are handled via manual invoice; payment must be received before your first session begins.

Package pricing is listed on this website. For the Full Journey package, flexible payment options may be available and will be discussed during your discovery call. Specific payment terms and cancellation policies are confirmed in the Coaching Agreement you sign.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

 

Coaching is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. I do not provide medical services, prescribe, or diagnose. Always consult a GP or qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. (See separate Health Disclaimer.)

Communication between sessions takes place via Practice Better's secure messaging platform (primary) or WhatsApp if agreed. Response times and communication boundaries are outlined in the Coaching Agreement.

By engaging with my coaching services, you agree to:

- Attend sessions punctually and participate openly
- Complete agreed actions between sessions where appropriate
- Attend sessions in a private, distraction-free space
- Not record sessions without written consent


8. Confidentiality
 

All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential except where there is a risk of serious harm, disclosure is required by law, or information relates to illegal activity.
